You may not think being host of a Polka music show on Radio is that important, but, sometimes, people just deserve a little credit. Hudela had hosted ‘Polkatime Sunday’ on radio station WKNY-AM in Kingston, N.Y., since April 1948, The (Kingston) Daily Freeman reported Tuesday… His lively program, in which he read all the commercials himself, is believed to be one of the longest-running programs with the same host in U.S. radio history…”
