Sad news from Queensland with the passing of John McCormack long time Chief of 4TAB former Genaral Manager of various stations including 4MB and 4BC.

It was a shock to read on this web site of the passing of John McCormack.
Having spent a lot of my time in my early 20's {1965 66 67 } in the studios of 4NA Nambour [sorry Ralph] thinking that one day I might work in Radio, I found Jack Mc the genuine article. Having met John 25 years later in the foyer of 4BC I found the same man, no changes and he rememberer me, as he had walked past , then turned and said Mack how are you, it,s been a long time.
Could I at this late time pass on my condolances and best wishes to John's wife and family. -
