Who cares? Off band irrelevancy, did nothing to advance the cause of upper band AM radio.
How slack is the owner to be in hospital and to have had the renewal sent to an old address? Shape up matey, wouldn't want the ignominy of it happening to again, this time to his LPON. - August 20, 2008 at 2:57 AM

That is real sad news as it was one of the few narrowcast
stations that had a definite format and one i used to
listen to on a regular basis. No doubt Anton put a lot of
time and money into the venture. On a frequency that most
radios could hear and a good signal a lot could have been made of it. I hope the new owners do something worthwhile
with it.
The whole Off band thing is a complete mess apart from
a few ethnic and xx mostly people holding on to the
frequency with 24/7 computer programed music or dead
carriers. - August 25, 2008 at 3:38 AM
