The Nine Network has withdrawn more than $1 million in advertising from the radio station that employs controversial host Todd McKenney.Angry Nine boss David Gyngell informed Mix 106.5 on Friday that his network would no longer advertise on the station after McKenney repeatedly took the mickey out of Nine's 6pm Sydney newsreader Mark Ferguson.
