How peculiar that such an article would be in the Courier-Mail either online or in print.
The Courier-Mail is a Brisbane paper and Brisbanites do not have the pleasure? of Akmal's show, instead being lumbered with the Hamish & Andy impersonators, Ken & Dan, the former SEA FM Benchwarmers.
Ken & Dan is an even more woeful excuse of a show, they don't even have Ed Kavalee (another good talent Austereo introduced to radio for DMG to steal as usual), so the show is never funny, simply a waste of oxygen.
One of those blokes even has a voice that sounds effeminate, not radio voices that's for sure!
Why would DMG even bother with PM Drive 'shows' when a big slab of music would be the best alternative to H&A's show? -
