Retired 3UZ/Sport 927 radio race caller and all-round good bloke John 'JR' Russell has survived a heart scare. JR woke up feeling crook on Good Friday and was quickly admitted to the Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne. He had a pacemaker fitted last Friday and is now on the road to recovery.
